We all need a few more hours added to the day, right? I don’t know about you but as an entrepreneur, wife and homeschool mom of six I am always looking for an extra hour or two.
So over the years I’ve come up with a system to help me get it all done. Part of that system includes three of my favorite tools to help keep me focused and save me time.

Here’s how it works: you set the timer and work in increments of 25 focused minutes at a time. When the timer goes off you get up from your desk for five minutes and take a break, then return for another 25 minutes.

I didn’t think I would like this tool because I’m a paper and pen kinda girl but the truth is I love it!

The key is to set aside time to work exclusively on a task. Trello is great to use to plan the tasks you need to plan out the tasks you need to complete.
Once you know what you plan on doing for the day, turn on Coffitivity and click on your Pomodoro timer. You will be surprised how much you get done.
